Questions about the free template

Is it really free?

Yes. The home care and day services template is free to get. Salient also has paid subscriptions, and you can pay the Salient team to set the site up for you if you prefer.

Do I need technical skills?

A little. If you can edit a document and upload photos, you can use it. If not, ask about paid setup help.

Does it cover day services as well as home care?

Yes. The services section has cards for both, and the questions include what happens at a day session and whether transport is included. Delete whatever you do not offer.

Do I need to be CQC registered?

In England, a business that provides personal care normally has to be. The template has a section for your registration details. Check your own situation before you publish, and say plainly if you are an introductory agency or an independent carer.

Can I add an enquiry form?

Yes. Add a Systeme.io form block under the template. The template marks where it goes.
